Receipts for charitable donations

If you would like envelopes for your donations, please contact the administrator.

The envelopes for the current year are at the back of the church. Please take the one with your name on it. Verify that your address is correct as this is where end of year receipts will be mailed. If there are errors, contact the administrator. If there is no box with your name on it, it is because you did not participate to the envelope system last year.

How much should I put in the envelopes?

People often ask how much should be put in the yellow envelope to cover the cost of the envelope system. We leave the question for you to answer:

  • The envelope boxes cost $450
  • The accounting software costs $200 annually
  • Add the cost of generating the receipts: $50
  • There are 120 parishioners who take advantage of this system
