Help with PDF Documents

PDF - Portable Document Format

Note: To read the Portable Document Format (PDF) version you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 (or later) on your system. See the Acrobat Reader Web site to download Acrobat Reader. If the Adobe download site is not accessible to you, you can download Acrobat Reader from an accessible page. If you choose not to use Acrobat Reader you can have the Portable Document Format (PDF) file converted to HTML or ASCII text by using one of the conversion services offered by Adobe.

Having difficulty with a PDF? In the event that you have trouble accessing an on-line fillable PDF or a very large PDF file found on this website, you can simply save a copy to your computer's hard drive or network. Position the cursor on the PDF link, click the right mouse button and choose "Save file as.". Once the PDF is saved, you should then be able to access it.

How to adjust the text size in your browser

This site is designed to be viewable at any resolution. All text can be made larger or smaller to suit your needs. This may cause some wrapping of lines at higher magnifications. Most graphical browsers allow you some control over the font size and colour combinations that are displayed. To increase the text size on our Web pages, you can change the settings in your Web browser. Just follow the instructions below, based on the browser you are using: Internet Explorer or Netscape or see your browser's help for details. Please note that the resolution you have your screen set to could affect the outcome of increasing your text size.

  • Select "Text Size" and increase the current setting
  • Notice that the text size has increased
  • To increase the type further, continue selecting the "Text Size" and increasing the latest setting
